Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work/Life

The Employee Assistance Program and Work/Life feature provides comprehensive support to help you lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work. Balancing the needs of work, family and personal responsibilities isn't always easy.

How Does the EAP Work?

Call (877) 240-6863 (toll free) to talk to a counselor or visit online at HealthAdvocate (Type in American Greetings in the Choose your organization box) to access the EAP and Work/Life services. Up to 5 visits with a counselor - per issue per year - is covered at no cost to you. Health Advocate will work with associates to transition care when more than 5 visits are needed. The program is available 24/7 and provides a wide range of resources - click here to learn more.
